Scope of Works

This quotation is based on the scope of works outlined above. Any additional works outside of this scope will be discussed and agreed in writing prior to commencement and may be subject to additional costs. This quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

 

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. For projects lasting more than five working days, a progress payment may be requested at an agreed stage of the works.

Programme & Delays

The timeframe provided for the works is an estimate and may be subject to change due to factors outside of our control. These may include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, site conditions, staff availability, or the operational demands of running a busy business. While we make every effort to complete works within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur. By proceeding with the deposit, you acknowledge and accept this and agree to allow reasonable flexibility where required.

 

Access & Site Conditions

The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the site for the duration of the works. Any delays caused by restricted access, unforeseen site conditions, or changes requested during the project may impact the programme and/or cost.

 

Quality of Work

All works will be carried out to a professional standard using appropriate materials and methods. Our focus is on delivering a high-quality, durable finish, and we appreciate the client’s cooperation and understanding throughout the process. Acceptance of Terms Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions and secures your booking within our schedule.
